A Wonder Machine

I used it everyday when I got it but stopped after a week and haven't used it again. I will resume in using it again starting tomorrow. What is great is a person can do numberous exercises in one sittying. Taking the pin in and out is a hassle.

I use the TotalGym on a daily basis. I use the ab crunch accessory every day and have lost over an inch off my waist in less than 2 months. I perform chest, arm and leg exercises a few times a week. I've lost 16 lbs in less than 2 months. The TotalGym is easy to use. Easy to go from one exercise to another.

Motivation level

I have not had the motivation to use the product and fit it into our busy life style. MY goal is to get my self out of this slump and step it up. When I have used it, I am sore in great way and it does give me tons of energy for the day. WE keep it set up in a room where we have a stationary bike set up. It is way to heavy for me to move around and set up by myself. I am short and it is just hard to move around by myself.

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

A Great Workout

My husband and I both use it. My progress is slow but that has to do with me not the TG. My husband is doing better, because he is stronger to begin with and works out more often me. I like the low impact because of my health issues and I am getter stronger using the TG. We are very pleased with our purchase. Our 2yr old watches us and try's to copy the exercises.

I had an old injury that was hampering my workouts. This machine has been a blessing and a Godsend in helping me lose weight! I tell EVERYONE how much I love it, and that they should buy one!

Iam a 63 year old retired firefighter/paramedic and have worked out for the past40 plus years. I work out seven days a week. I have been involved in the martial arts since 1967. I tried the total gym a few years ago but, due to financial problems decided to return it. The worst decision I ever made,almost. I believe this device is the most efficient, time saving and funtional device made to improve your fitness, physical and mental. I am looking forward to recieving my total gym so I can use it again in my daily workout. Thank you, Chuck Norris and Total Gym for this "second chance"

I use the total gym 4 times a week for about a half hour each workout. I started working out about a month ago and feel less flabby already. The only issue I have is that for my size (5 foot tall and 140 LBS)and my age (55) it is not that easy to move it around so I leave it set up in my living room instead of putting it away. Overall, I love this machine.
