My TOTAL Solution

I supplement using my personal trainer with The Total Gym. The great thing is that there are levels to create greater resistance. Not so great is the lack of ease moving from one exercise to the next.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Hard To Use

Broke my foot over a year ago. Finally got a clean bill of health from the doc on Thanksgiving. Started using my TG on 11/15/10. Well on my way to losing the 40 lbs I gained due to my broken foot (thank goodness I have the broken bone to blame for my weight gain and not my overall inactivity and overeating! (LOL))

I am turning 42 this year and I have put on a lot of weight after having my daughter 6 years ago. I am in the worst shape of my life. I am soooo ready to get back into shape. I had a total gym years ago and used it faithfully 5 days a week and was in the best shape of my life! I felt GREAT! It was the only thing I've tried that I really liked!! I am purchasing the newest model and can't wait to dive into again. I miss my 6-pack and I want it again; I want to be a sexy hard body again......look out because here I come!!
