Love this! Cancelled my gym membership & using this with an eliptical, weights, & yoga. I am set! I really liked the ease of set up & how easily it moves from set up to storage. It has everything you would need & all the exercise plans & cards & DVDs make it a very all-inclusive machine!

I've been using my Total Gym six days a week for eight weeks now. I'm very happy with my purchase and am beginning to see results. I like the versatility the Total Gym has to offer. I never get bored during my workout. It's been a very effective workout for my arms, shoulders, and legs, and even offers some exercises for my abs. It's easy to use and doesn't create a lot of noise. I live in an apartment, so the only negative thing I could say about the Total Gym is that it's long and requires a fair amount of space. It folds up for storage, but it's easier to leave out since I use it daily. I have the XLS model and am very impressed with the durability and quality of this product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a home workout experience.

Cons: Takes Up Space

Great investment for your dollars

I purchased the total Gym XLS at age 61. At age 60 i went through the police academy and realized that in order for me to be competitive with my peers that i needed to constantly build my overall strength. Since i have been working out on the total gym daily i have found that my strength has increased and overall muscle tone as well. The ease of use and low impact of the total gym and switching from one exercise to the other are a great plus. I would highly recommend this equipment to anyone young or old, physically fit or just a beginner.

Just a great product. Makes working out easy and fun again. Much, much easier than heading to the gym. Great for small homes with little storage space. My wife and I love it.

I find it to be an excellent product. My only complain is that the Hamstring exercises are limited.
Pros: Easy Storage, Entertaining, Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Cons: Too easy for squats, Limited Hamstring
