A good choice for me

I love my new Total Gym. When I first got it I was a little nervous that I made a bad choice with getting this piece of equptment. I used it on and off (mostly not using it) for the first week and thought I should have never bought this. Then I desided to give it a real shot to see if it really works. So week two I used it everyday and wow could I feel the difference. It was great. My wife noticed a change in me so much so that she now uses it. I currently workout twice a day on it for 15 to 20 mins. I was 300lbs when I started and 8 weeks later I am now 275 and loosing weight faster then ever. I have a ton more energy and I am not longer sleepy when I wake up in the morning. I love my total gym and would recomend it to anyone at any fitness level. This thing really works.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Comfortable

I am 51 and have NEVER excercised on a regular basis. I have probably purchased every excercise tape made and have purchased a treadmill, excercise bike and "flying" machine (can't remember the name) only to have them sit and collect dust. As I removed the gym from the box, the quality of the machine really impressed me. I could tell before I even set it up, THIS was finally the right purchase of gym equipment. I have used the total gym at least 5 days a week since I received it and can already see the difference. On evenings when I don't have time to do a full routine, I just work my abs or thighs. It fits my lifestyle so perfectly. As a matter of fact, I have the total gym sitting right in the middle of my living room. When I am waiting for the water to boil for the pasta, I do a couple squats. I sneak in here and there on top of my regular work out, and you don't even have to change your clothes! I love it and can see that I will use this product on a regular basis for the rest of my life.

I have literally tried just about every workout machine there is. None has ever worked. I even joined a gym, but didn't see results. I decided to try the Total Gym after watching an infomercial, and it is the bomb! I have the luxury of being able to work out in my home whenever I want to, as well as being able to fold up my gym and hide it away. It's so easy to use and the results of using it have been immediate for me. I already feel stronger, have shed a few pounds, and even feel taller (if that's possible!). I've also found that I have more stamina from working out just 15-20 minutes a day. The exercises are easy and fun, take very little time to do, and you feel like you've worked out much longer than you actually have. Totally Gym is awesome!

It was way better than I had expected

From the time I was in my 30's I was a gym-rat. I worked out all the time, but when I reached my mid-50's I couldn't face the going to the gym and dealing with crowds so I stopped altogether. Now, 64 and retired, I needed something to keep me in shape. I looked at all kinds of gym equipment online and in stores and then I saw the ad for the Total Gym and decided to order one. When I received it and saw how it was put together I was really impressed! The Total Gym now occupies what used to be my office and it is used just about every day. The attachments, DVDs and card deck are all high grade and make exercising easy. The machine has a smooth and quiet operation, it's very sturdy and even looks good in the room. I've only had to put it away once when we had a visiter for a week. The whole operation of folding it up and rolling it away took all of three minutes! I'm sold on the Total Gym and I even ordered the cycle attachment a couple of days ago. You just can't go wrong with this machine.

I love my total gym. You start the effect of the total the next day and results in immediately. Just started back on in because of recent illnes. This is one of the best purchases I made in a long time. Even my husband uses it.

Resolution to start exercising JAN 2011 for so many reasons but the given is to feel and look great! I really like how easy this is to use! For the last 2 weeks I have been doing 50 reps each of 7 different exercises the hardest being butterfly and crunches but am feeling it already and look forward to using it everyday sometimes 2 x a day!
