I can actually stick to this routine!

I have been using the total gym for 2 weeks 6 days a week following the start up dvd work out,its easy to use and easy to move from each type of exercise quickly,I love that it folds up and can be stored compactly however its a little heavy to move around without it sliding open it would be helpfull if there was a latch to secure it closed ,
Pros: Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation
Cons: Heavy

I am a 48 year old, who did like to go to the gym after work. After mulling over the total gym package, we bought the unit. Now I can go to the gym every day if I want or follow my own every other day schedule at home! And it works, in the 4 weeks we have had the Total gym myself, wife and 15 year old all use the gym and find that we feel healthier, better and stronger. Best money i have spent in years! Really enjoying the total gym

I really like the gym. However I find it a bit difficult to use when you are trying to follow along with the videos. Having to make all the changes between exercises is a little daunting. But as I become more familiar with the product it is not that much of a problem.
