This total gym has given us the opportunity to work out together in the comfort of our own home and has significantly increased our stamina and general overall fitness. We use it 6 times a week and love it!

I think it is genius to use our own body weight to build up strength, tone up, and turn fat into muscle. However, not so great if you have spinal problems.
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Cons: Noisy Operation, Hard To Set Up

I purchase the Total Gym XLS for my husband for a Christmas Gift. He absolutely loves it! He goes through the informative workout cards on how to perform the workout properly and the trainer tips that are on them as well. When switching from the hand restraints to the leg restraints is a snap! This is an all in one perfect "TOTAL" gym! I myself have used it. It glides so smoothly... I was really impress. Our 11 year son also workout with his dad on the Total Gym and he absolutely loves it as well. Right before bed he always ask his dad "Can we work out tomorrow on the Total Gym". I enjoy seeing my son count off when it's his dad's turn. If he didn't do it right my son would tell him. "Dad you have to give me one more, you didn't pull all the way through or you didn't do that last one right". It's good to see that my son likes to workout and hopefully this will create a habit for him which will pay off in the near future in being healthy and staying in shape is important to your health. I enjoy see the laughter and bonding between my son and his dad working out on Total Gym. I give Total Gym thumbs up! I would recommend Total Gym to everyone...You will not be disappointed! It's well worth the cost of the equipment. Thanks Total Gym!

I Love the total gym and use it daily. The only drawback is that you need a large room to put it in as it is very long

I love the equipment, readily availble for quick use, since I pretty much leave it unfolded, its there for me to jump on 5 to 10 minutes here and there. I have had it now for close 30 days, and i feel inches moving off me and about 5 pounds for the 1st month.THANK YOU

I have been using the total gym for 2 weeks 6 days a week following the start up dvd work out,its easy to use and easy to move from each type of exercise quickly,I love that it folds up and can be stored compactly however its a little heavy to move around without it sliding open it would be helpfull if there was a latch to secure it closed ,
