My whole family loves our total gym.

We all use it everyday,pilates is my favorite. In fact that is one of the reasons we got it. My husband and sons use for strength training. This is on awesome machine. We just love it all.

I have bad knees and can't do squats. The Total Gym takes all the stress off my kness and gives my legs a great workout. I like working out at home. My doctor told me I need to be using my own body weight to increase bone density. The Total Gym works every muscle group with ease! The only thing that could be better is if Chuck Norris came with it!

I'm more comfortable exercising in private. This Gym is amazing! I store it when I want extra room, I leave it out when I want to focus more on exercising. The cards are awesome, I followed them in the beginning and I'm already adding lots of new cards to my suggested starter workout. It's fun and it is truly a workout that can be as challenging as I choose to make it! The company has been awesome to me as well!

A consistently great work out product!

My sister owned the entry level Total Gym over 10 years ago and I would use the gym several times a week. Since then, I decided to purchase the Total Gym XLS for myself. Today, the gym is sturdier and even easier to use. The Total Gym is a great substitute for someone who doesn't want to wait on using equipment at the local gym or has trouble "making" time for the gym. Now I have no excuse because my "gym" is always available for me!

A great product. It is convenient to use and is very reliable and well constructed. Easy setup and not much space is needed for its use. The best selling points for me: I use it in the privacy of my home; and I don't have to wait in line for the next exercise machine.

Had a 1000, loved it, had to sell it. Missed the workout and bought the XLS. Perfect workout without the hassle of leaving the house. Best use of loiter time around the house. No "muffin top" here.
