FAST and EASY

I have lost 20 pounds in a month....I love the total gym...My husband and I use it daily for about 15 minutes each and it's amazing...My husband has lost almost 30 pounds....Easy setup, easy storage, but we use it so much we never take it down!!!!!
Pros: Easy Storage, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable
Cons: Noisy Operation

Loving my Total Gym

I had my left leg amputated on Oct 4, 2010 and when i started PT they had the Total Gym at the clinic and had me begin training on it...I instantly fell in love with it (it was the original model). As soon as I returned home I jumped online and ordered the TG XLS. This machine was easy for me to set uo myself, and began working out after 10 minutes of setting everything up! For the past 2 months I have been using the machine and lost 15 pounds (was 180 prior to amputation). For any person who says they cant overcome the adversity of working out due to an illness or handicap, it is false! This machine has made me recover quicker, gain muscle mass and has given me a stronger core which is needed when you are an amputee!
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation

Effectavely amazing

I workout usually from January to end of October, then I get real busy with work so I have no time for two months. I love the ease and effort less of this system along with storage when I am done. I used a bowflex to rehab about seven years after lung surgery so these two combinations together give me all I need to work out with. I play raquetball every other day for cardio. Thanks again so much for a new me.

The Total Gym, Rocks...I am a former Fitness Owner of a Nationwide franchise...I have tried all the "big name companies"...i was very impressed on how easy the product was to set up and use...and even more impressive on the workout I get from the Total Gym. The Total Gym is perfect from the gym procrastinator(the guy/gal that owns a gym membership and never uses it) who wants to get motivated to the serious athlete and everyone in between.

the only thing i would change about this is that wish you could increase the weight on it for certain exercises higher then the 6th level other than that this is an excelent product for everyday workouts.

This product is great for strength training and muscle building. After 30 days I felt stronger, and see more muscle in my legs and arms. It is quiet and glides easily, the only downfall is that the pulley already has two tears in it, before i have even had it for 30 days.

Use it for rehab to regain strength on my shoulder and back. Do not have to struggle with weights. The height adjustment lets me workout at a lighter pace.And i can change the attachments so easy. The length could be a little longer for tall people to get a full extension.

Glad to be using a Total Gym Again!

I had a Total Gym 11000, but a weld gave way after a number of years. I bought a set of adjustable dumbbells and a exercise ball, but didn't enjoy the workouts. Decided to go back to a Total Gym and couldn't be happier. I don't know of any piece of equipment that tones you faster or easier. I'm 63 and feel great!! I especially like the Dan Isaacson Work Out.
