Only after we received our Total Gym and tried to do what they did on the commercials did I firmly realize not only Chuck, but Christy could kick my rear. This machine is everything they claim, but more of a workout than I gave it credit.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy Storage, Strengthens, Quiet Operation

My oldest daughter, uses the total gymn for upper body strength and back strength. My husband uses the total gym for reducing his stomach and over all toning of his back. I use the total gym to reduce my upper arms flab and reduce my stomach and overall fitness. We all highly recommend this product, it is very versible you can go at your own pace

I use the product with the instructional videos, which help with motivation. The product is great because you can do so many different exercises with a machine that takes very little space. I would need a full gagage space to equal the same thing this machine puts out.

I use the product 5 times a week. I like it because it is simple to use and if you only have a few minutes to fit in a workout you still can with the Total Gym.

I love it because I am 72 years old and it is easy to use, easy to store, and does just what the commercials say it does. It is also very sturdy.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was to set up. It took me a few minutes. I love it when a product does what it claims. I have used it regularly since I purchased it and have seen excellent results. There are so many varieties of exercises so that you don't get bored. I love my Total Gym and would recommend it to all. Easy storage and out of the way and just as easy to get started.
