Great overall workout

It's a great overall workout and I don't have to drive to the gym and spend more time working out. Other then doing my cardio workouts, I get my strengthening exercises done in 30 minutes.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use

I got this for myself at Christmas time. It was so easy to set up, it took me less than half an hour! I've had my Total Gym for about a month now and already I can tell I'm loosing weight, and getting fit. I have a previous back injury, working out on other fitness machines were hard and painful to my injury. The Total Gym is low impact and perfect for my needs!

I am so glad that I purchased the Total Gym. I am excited about working out again. The XLS has so much variety of excerises and the options for cardio at a low intensity is great!! Also, your customer service staff was so help!! Thanks again.

This product is great; it was fast and easy to set up. The attachments work great and for the price, it's worth it. This product is sturdy and really delivers a great work out, I truly love that it comes with the exercise cards, so that you can see how to do the exercise correctly the 1st time. The attachments for the abs are fantastic, I used it and I was really able to isolate my core workout. The machine is well constructed and I would recommend to anyone. It's worth the investment and who better than to invest in yourself to stay or become a healthier and stronger "You" Absolutely Love IT!

perhaps with all the info provided there should be an "over 60" phamplet/info. also a section dedicated directly to areobic work outs. i have to push myself to do ANYTHING daily.... this is not your fault, i'm the weakest link here. i seriously do like the machine.

I love this machine. I am starting to notice definition in my arms, back and abs...it's easy to use, easy to set up and store....doesn't make alot of noise...it's very well made...and I plan to use it for the rest of my life.
