I use the gym with the workout videos provided. I may see if there are other videos so once I can do all of the workouts on the videos I don't get bored. Overall I really enjoy the Total Gym. The only other home gym I have used was the Bowflex and the setup was difficult and I would not recommend someone buying one of those gyms. I have recommended this gym to others.

I have had knee surgery and this product gives a great workout without the strain on my joints. It also works all the muscle groups which is great. Thanks Total Gym!

Before I purchased the Total Gym I never worked out. Occasionally I would go for a walk with friends but that was it. I hate gyms because I always felt like the fat girl in the room and everyone was watching me. The fact that I can get the same results at home convinced me to try it. I am so glad I did. My life has completely changed because of it. I feel better now that I did in the past. My self esteem is off the charts now! Thanks Total Gym!!

My Total Gym was a gift from me to myself and my family! I never worked out before I bought my Total Gym as our family Christmas present. It is easy, convenient and most of all effective. It does not take up a lot of space in our small home and we absolutely love it! It's the best purchase we made in 2010.

I bought the Total Gym because of the the amount of space it takes to store and use. I'm a full-time Rver and have very little room available for exercise equipment. The Total Gym does everything that Chuck and Christy say it will do. A great total body workout without all the bulky machines or a bunch of free weights and their accessories.

The thing I like most about my gym is that it stretches you while you are working out. Next would be the easy transition from one exercise to another which aids in getting a good cardio workout. Finally, its so easy to use.

Living up to expectations

I have noticed a definite improvement in strength. However, it is a little heavy for my lower back when setting up and taking down.
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Heavy bulky
