I have used my total gym just about daily for 7 years now and it’s gave me some great training perfect for home use even now during the days of covid 19 it’s been great having it

I love my new total Gym. I couldn't go through quarantine without getting in some exercise and this unit is fantastic in every way. Not only for the versatility of all the exercises that can be done, but the build quality feels like it'll last forever. I probably won't be going back to the gym when things open up because I can use the Total Gym at home, watch TV, listen to my nice sound system, step off for a phone call now and then, and jump right back into my workout. And customer service was a good experience for me, so a little bonus there as well.

Oh my...after a long day to be able to lay down while you exercise! I mean, come on! This helps my back and I can chill while I pull...and bend and stretch. It is a great machine. Came quick, easy to set up. It’s like yoga with weights, some of the moves it allows. I’m getting my glow back on. Thank you for this product.
