The Total Gym is a great product for any person at any level of fitness. The ease and comfort of use allows you to get a high quality workout without the high impact of traditional equipment. This is a must have for anyone who want's to get in the best shape of their life!

over all i am enjoying the XLS, but ill be honest im still not sure if its worth it yet. maybe in another week or two ill fit into those skiny jeans and it will change my mind *smile*.

My 15 year old son thought he could "show me how it works". He didn't last as long as I did on the first workout. The friendly competition is an added bouns!

I use the product while I'm watching TV or listinging to music so I was happy that it was very quiet, and easy to move out of the way. I have a Bowflex sitting in storage because it was bulky and noisy. I thought this product was a gimick for years and feared it was flimsy. I was suprised at how sturdy it was and was even more suprised to see how good of a workout I could get on the machine. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Any cons I have are very minor so I won't even mention them. The convenience is the best part, as I actually use it!

When I have used my gym it has given me results that are outstanding. I see immediate results with little effort. I also feel it. My body feels so good when I have work out. It's so relaxing and easy to do also. I highly recommend this.
