Love this machine

I am extremely happy with this machine. I am using it 4-5 days a week, I got it for my wife and myself, but both of my children are using it too. It makes excercise fun, and is very easy to use. We can definetly see improvement in our upper body strength and definition

Easy as pie, but a lot more fun

I use the Total Gym four days a week. 3 days core strengthening and abs and one day legs. I have only practiced 1 workout plan, so I have many more to go through. Workouts are fun and time flies.

The exercises are so clear even the kids can use this. They love to use it and I love that it encourages them to start maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle while they are still young.

I use it every day. I get excited about using it, and excited after I use it. I feel great! This product has done more for me in one week than 2 years of membership at a gym. Go figure! Wish I had purchased it years ago. Strongly built and the features are extreme and I congradulate the designers on this one. Great price and their current offer is what got us to order. My chropractor loves this product and Iam able to do a lot of exercises on it, that Iam restricted to do at the gym. Get it folks you will never be the same.
