I definetly feel that my legs are a lot stronger since using the Total Gym. I have not been following the nutrition part, so I gained 11 pounds!! But now for the next 8 weeks, I am going to follow the nutrition guidelines to see if I can lose weight & still feel stronger. Love the Total Gym!!!!

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The only thing I would recommend is if the product came with the weight bar for added resistance. There are certain exercises where there is not enough weight so now I have to order the extra weight bar.

All around it is a great machine. Daily use is wonderful for toning and strengthening muscles. Overall I have not found any flaws with this machine sense the day I have received it.

A Worthwhile Investment

I bought the Total Gym for my husband (this is total gym #3). He does a 30 min workout Monday thru Friday and has lost 7lbs in one month. When the cables on Total Gym#2 wore out and could not use it anymore he exercised using free weights and did other floor exercises, but he did not feel the same as when he worked out with the Total Gym & I too noticed a change in his physique during the time he was without the Total Gym so I surprised him with a new Total Gym for his 56th B-day. His doctor tells him he's in good shape and looks ten years younger than his age. For a 56 year old man he is very strong and I believe that is due in part to the years he has used this product.
