I had to buy a second Total Gym for my winter home. Now that outdoor exercising is more difficult, the Total Gym is there for me.

The total gym promises a full body work out. It definitly does just that. I love that I can use one machine to work my whole body!It is an awesome work out and it is easy on the joints. I have had knee surgery in the past and could not follow other workout plans. Total gym is a great workout I can do. Not to mention it is not time consuming at all! I'm a mother of 3 and I do not have alot of time. Thank you total gym!!!!

I was very happy with the written instructions as well as the instructional DVD's that came with the product. The Total Gym has focused on so many muscle groups that I never used before, so I am feeling stronger and better. This is one of my favorite items for working out. I am still a beginner, but I anticipate buying more accessories after I become more advanced with the Total Gym. I really love it!!!!!!!!!!

The incline and decline-great great for flexibility exercise #53 & 58 should be eliminated hard on the back calf raise with squat stand don't work for our big feet but thank God for the toe bar #33 uncomfortable/legs too long/legs inseam 36" but thank God for the ankle strap variation--Total Gym works for your body type

This has been the best investment that I have made in my health. It is easy to use. I feel great after using the machine and have noticed a change in my body in a good way. The seat does make a little noise at times when in use.
