I was going to a local gym but I love having the equipment I need right in my own bedroom. The videos are very easy to follow and very informative. I love my total gym!

I got this to add an overall workout to my walking. Some exercises are a challenge as I am an amputee and lack one leg but there are other choices usually. Overall this product has become an essential part of mine and my wife's fitness plan and helped with weight loss and overall fitness as well as management of my diabetes.

My arms,shoulders and abs are stronger today than they have been in 20 years. I never would work out in the gym because I had to wait on every piece of equipment. I can now come home from work and spend 30 minutes exercising before dinner while watching the news. I went snowmobiling last weekend and I can really feel the difference.

i use everyday for 15-20 mins. bulky, takes up alot of room, difficult to put away on a daily basis, so i leave out and set up. good quality, sturdy.

I'm a big girl and before I had my Total Gym I would rarely workout because I was uncomfortable going to a gym and wouldn't know what to do once I was there. Now that I have my Total Gym right in my home I am learning to workout on a regular bases and enjoy it more and more all the time. The work outs are easy to follow. I Love It!!

I started to use the gym when I found out I had type 2 diabetes 2 months ago.now with the diet change and working out 10 minutes a day 6 days a week ive lost 30 lbs my wife 15 lbs and we feel better than we have in years,and were both in our 50s
