I use this product to keep in good shape since I'm diabetic. To keep in tone. It is so great because it gives me all the excercise I need to do in a short amount of time at home and with ease and comfort.I just wish I'd purchased one years ago.

Fantastic Machine

I received my Total Gym 2 months ago. I use the machine 5 days a week and follow the DVD for women that came with the machine. It's easy to change between different exercies. I've seen noticable toning in my arms and shoulders, and my calf muscles are even more toned. I love the machine. My teenage son also uses the machine and enjoys working out with it every day. This is a great machine.

I totally enjoy my Total Gym

I try to use the total gym every morning. I have purchased several types of equipmentover the years ; bowflex, treadmill, eliptical, and others, however, I enjoy the morning workout on the Total Gym. It is easy to move from working one group of muscles to another. I should have purchased it earlier. I am 61 years old now.

It's so much easier to workout at home using the TotalGym than go to a gym across town. I use the DVDs provided and they are a big help in keeping the heart-rate up because they keep the tempo going. I know I have lost inches because my clothing feels much looser. It's also a surprise that this product, endorsed by Christie Brinkley and Chcuk Norris, wasn't a gimic. It's better than I anticipated!

Better than a gym

After working with a training for 18 months, I had to stop due to my work schedule and needed something that I could do on my time. I was very skeptical but am pleased to say that it really works and helps me to maintain my strength and weight.

I purchased my Total Gym to tone up and strengthen. In just about 15 minutes every day I get a good workout and feel my muscles burn, and I feel stretched and energized when I am finished instead of exhausted like with other workouts. I even noticed my posture has improved and I stand straighter! This was a very wise investment that will continue to reward me for years to come. Only one tiny problem is that I had no idea it would be so hard to store, so I just leave it out in my family room and only put it away if I'm having company over.

Cons: Bulky, Hard to pack store
