Because of the knee replacement in both Legs,,Every morning on the days I work, I do a work out for the Legs and Knees Only.this helps warm up the Legs and less stiffness at work,On the days off work, I do a total work out with the video. Use my TOTAL 5 days a week, being that I am 59 years old. Needed something to use at home .The total GYM is easy to use and easy to put away

I use the product 3 to 4 times a week. There are so many variations in the exercises, that I don't get bored into a routine and give up. I feel energized once I'm finished, and you don't have to spend a lot of time on it if you don't have the time. Even a short ten minute workout makes me feel great!

BEST workout EVER

I bought this machine with a bit of hesitation. I decided not to renew my gym mebership but I longed for the types of gym workouts I did and could not achieve with home videos (as I originally thought). With a $1 home trial I figured why not? THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! I love this machine. I am getting the same quality workouts I did at the gym if not better quality. My muscles are toning, even my waistline and I've dropped 30 pounds in 30days. Dont wait another day, order now!

Great Out of Box Experience

I was sold on it about one minute after trying it out, and was ready to call Chuck and Christy and ask how I could help sell this product. The construction and quiet operation is outstanding. The ability to switch between types of exercises is simple and makes for very efficient workouts. I believe I have used it almost everyday since it arrived. I have been following the 6 to 8 minute workouts every morning and periodically throwing in my own with the other attachments I purchased at the time. (By the way, you can do enough with the Total Gym as is that you really don't need many attachments). I have been using this to help with rehab of my knee and shoulder. It has not been a month yet and I can tell the difference in an increase in the strength levels and reduction of pain in both. I turn 60 next month and believe I now have a piece of equipment that will help me get to the fitness level I want to achieve and maintain for a long time. I am still looking forward to trying all the different excercises provided in the Total Gym deck. I like the idea of being able to build my own circuit of training. I recognize the importance of muscle tone helping to increase your metabolism and help with weight loss. I can already feel and see the impact the Total Gym is making in the muscle tone area. I would like to say thanks and what a great design.

Better than a gym

I must admit that I was a bit of a snob when I ordered. I had worked out with a trainer for 18 months but due to work schedule had to quit. I needed something on could use on my time. I'm embarrassed and proud to say that I get just as good a workout with the Total Gym as I did with the trainer. This is a great product. Keeps me toned as well as assisting with my weight maintenance.

It is a very good home exercise machine. It takes some space in the room. I am lazy I don't like to storage it every time. But if you have enough room, it is really not a problem. I could not remember all kind of exercise. I only choose about 10 kinds exercise. It is easy and works well for me. I had a back problem. I feel I am getting better after the exercise.If there are charts for the 6~10 minutes as the DVD shows will be even better. So I do not need to turn on TV every time.
Pros: Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Not very boring, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: Bulky
