EASIEST EXERCISE I HAVE ENJOYED

THIS WAS THE EASIEST TO SET UP.. MY 9 YEAR OLD HELPED ME... FROM THE FIRST MOMENT WE FOUGHT OVER HOW LONG EACH OF US COULD USE IT..AND HOW MUCH INCLINE TO USE. THE EASE OF GETTING RID OF THE SAGGY UNDERARMS AND THE LIFTING OF THE "ELDERLY LOOKING" BREASTS WAS THE BEST REASON TO PURCHASE THIS. I HAVE NEVER ENJOYED SQUATS.. BUT IT MAKES THEM FUNNER TO DO, AND THE HINEY BURN IS JUST AS GOOD.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Fun To Use, Sturdy, Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use

I have started out using it 3 days a week, working on several areas. I watch a video then use the machine, or use it while watching. My greatgrand kids love it. Everytime they come to my house, they head for the Total Gym.

Love It But Hate Workout Cards Format

I am learning to go from couch potato to avid athlete and loving it. This was a great gift to me for health and fitness purposes. I like the fact that it's an all-in-one machine that is quality built. However, the workouts need to be formatted differently because they are difficult to use when working out. Since they are 2-sided, individual cards, it interrupts your workout when you switch the cards after each exercise in your personalized workout.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Comfortable

The XLS allows me to exercise and strengthen my bad lower back and knee without excessively straining them.

Needed short workouts, for 2 66 year-olds, to shape up for professional appearance, improve strength and agility for hiking and kayaking, and protect against joint and cardio degeneration. It is working in every way!

This is a great machine

My wife and I are both 69 years and we are in pretty good health. We are both a little bit overweight.I have been a fairly active hiker and backpacker most of my life. I have been the Boy Scouts since 1952. My wife is not as active as I am. We decided to order a Total Gym XLS Model. This is a quality machine. I use it several times a week and my wife uses it some too. It is so versatile. I have a rotator cuff problem in my right shoulder and I am doing some of the shoulder exercises with the Total Gym along with some of the other exercises. I will be handy to use during the cold weather months when I am not as active outdoors. I would reccommend this quality machine to anyone who is seriously interested in exercising.

I've been able to reduce the amount of time needed to get my strength training accomplished. No more free weights, and the cardio aspect has also allowed me to reduce the amount of "boring" time spent on the treadmill.
