I use the total gym 3-4 times a week for 10-15 a day. It is fun. There are many different exercises you can do so there is no 'routine' build up.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Comfortable

Since receiving my Total Gym I have used it daily. In one month's time I have already lost 8 lbs! I cannot say enough about my Total Gym and it's ease of use and it's flexability. It really is a total workout and a total gym! Thank you for such a great piece of equipment!

This machine has been a perfect fit for my wife and I. Our work schedules do not promote going to a gym very often so we went with the total gym and have loved it.

versatile home exercise machine

Although I don't use it as often as I would like to, this is actually a pretty awesome machine. Even moderately fit people will be 'feeling the burn' by level 4 on most exercises. I have the ab crunch, pilates, and dip attachments as well, and it is fairly quick and easy to transition between exercises. The exercise cards are great to help mix things up yet maintain a structured workout.

I am rarely sore of tired following a workout, so I question if it is even beneficial. The vinyl on the board is loose fitting.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet Operation
Cons: Not Effective, Hard To Set Up, It is heavy

I needed an upgrade from the weight machine I had. Total Gym has almost unlimited exercises and is helping me control my Type 2 diabetes, as well as making me stronger in my daily life.
