When I purchased the total gym set after viewing the infomercial, I wasn't sure it would do all the things it said it would, but I was willing to give it a try after working out to videos and exercise programs for 10+ years. For me, the total guym does everything they say it will. I love the fact that I can sit down and do a strength and cardio work out in 25 minutes that is keeping me in better shape than my previous daily hour of exercise did. My muscles are tightening and toning - I love it! A great value for the money. For its size and price, it is the best piece of exercise equipment I have ever purchased and I look forward to working out with it for years to come!

With Total Gym, there are no excuses. The product is certainly very-well designed. Since it is compact for storage, there are no excuses to pass by Total Gym. I don't have time to go to a gym and wait. I now have my gym in my spare bedroom. The videos and product info is very informative. I have workout plans for the rest of my life. Total Gym is just that - - It is a complete package.

I bought my total gym to help my back. I have no disc between L5-S1 (lower back). I also have bone spurs. The total gym has helped relieve some of my pain.The total gym has allowed me to do my job with less pain and I move better. It operates smoothly like a Pilates reformer. I have a degree in exercise physiology and I am a personal trainer. I was really satisfied with the quality and operation of the total gym. The total gym has helped me gain back my quality of life that I need to be active. Thank You.

i use the total gym to do strength training, i like the total gym because of it's ease of motion, and i am able to switch from one excersise to the next without using another machine. being only ably to lift only 60% of my body weight at most, and having to take down the total gym after every use, due to a curios 2 year old are it's draw backs.

I Love my Total Gym

I use my gym everyday. I had lost 65 lbs before I bought it and needed to work out to see the results. I even used it to work out with three broken ribs in my back that I got while stretching doing Callenetics. I would lay on my back on level four and do squats and pull ups and chin ups and would raise my legs to do some ab training it was very effective. I would recommend this machine to everyone it is easy to use, safe and effective and fun.
