I try to use it daily, but haven't had time lately. I am worried the seat will rip more on the side. It ripped about 3 weeks after I recieved it and started using it. I wish the pilates attachment were a little easier to understand and use, since I really want to work my legs more.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Comfortable
Cons: Seat ripped on the side

I am 64 years old and my wife is 61, I myself have always done some kind of workouts but not in the last 12 or 15 years and it feels good to be getting in shape agin (even at 64) I feel better and lost some weight already, in a little over a month. My wife is the one who purchased the gym and also enjoys it and works out everyday.She is also losing weight and toneing her mussels and she feels good too. We received the gym in less than a week, fed ex right to the house and like the commercial said it was a snap to un-pack and set up (no tools) and took 5 min. Wow what a great piece of equipment,its like having a whole set of weights and rows of different pices of equipment all in one. We love it, thanks

I recently suffered a neck, back, and arm injury. I didn't think I would be able to workout and stay in shape. I was unable to lift my arms above my head. Thanks to the Total Gym I was able to keep working out. I have made almost a full recovery.

Total Gym is perfect for me! As I age, I want to keep myself in decent shape...muscles strong, weight down.....and it's so easy with the Total Gym. It's easy to use and I've seen the results in just a short time! I love it!!!!

I've found the Total Gym to be very effective at regain full range of motion following injuries. Additionally, it is safe to use alone, unlike free weights.

This product has been very helpful for overall conditioning. I can use it quickly and get a full-body workout. There are many exercises to choose from so you can keep adding to your workout as you improve.
