I wanted to try the Total Gym for some time, but didn't think I could afford it. When I checked it out on line and saw how reasonable the trial terms were, it was an easy decision. While I was confirming the sale, the price was reduced even further and I was so glad I made the right decision. I originally chose the Total Gym to strengthen my legs, but found that every member of my family has begun working out every day, arguing as to who gets to use it first. I bought it for me and have to wait in line to use it. My family has several pieces of equipment they bought over the years, including The Gazelle and Body by Jake, but my Total Gym is the one they choose to use.

I use total gym to tone up mainly, especially doing ab workout. good thing's is that there's a range of different work out's for different muscle groups. not as great? well i havent found anything yet.

Bought it for myself and my mom. I mostly use it for lower body my mom uses it all. My brother rather use the total gym than his weight bench. Its now on moved to the side. In just 30min. non-stop I feel like ive been at the gym all day. I turn on the radio and go,go,go. I feel really good working out at night 3 hour before going to bed. I feel so much energy now that I workout. I feel GREAT. The total gym is the best.

Excellent Product for the Disciplined

This was a gift from me to me. There is so much to this product, however I really utilize the ab attachment. I love it and I really did notice a difference when I used it daily. The Total Gym is as good as the person using it. What I mean by that is, it REALLY works if you work out on it! My problem is on those long work days when I am really tired, I get lazy and don't exercise and I can't blame my Total Gym, I can only blame ME! Bottom line, GREAT PRODUCT when you discipline yourself to use it regularly!

Exercise doesn't get any better @ 75 yrs

I am 75 years old. My wife is 65. We love the Total-Gym for a smooth easy workout. Muscles we haven't seen in years popped out again and we increased our energy and strength. No strained muscles or injuries doing the start-up workout. It is unbelievable. Wish we could leave it set up all the time. We got up to level 2 in a couple of weeks. I can go on and on, but suffice it to say "It is worth every penny". Harold
