You can do this exercise in short spurts of time or do it all at once whatever your day will allow.

I work out 5 times a week for about 30 mins.. I like being able to work out at home any time I want .. I like the total gym .. The only thing I don't like is that I did not purchase one several years ago.

I have problems with stiffness and the total gym give me the best stretch/flexion workout and with comfort and good stability.This is my second unit. My brother-in-law used it so much I gave him that one and got a new one.
