I bought this a month ago to help rehab my right shoulder that I recently had surgery on. I can do all the exercises for my rehab program easily on this machine. Once I get my flexibility back and am able to work out harder, I'll step up to the next couple levels for a much harder workout. Thank you Total Gym!

I purchased the Total Gym to work on the rehab of my leg. It had become stiff and I was unable to bend it at the knee to lift it and was unable to squat down without severe pain. I had difficulty getting up from chairs and had great stiffness in my back.. The first day I started I saw improvement! I have had it for three weeks and just completed 100 squats at a level two with complete flexibility in my knee like I once had and did so without any pain or difficulty. My knee and leg are almost fully functional. I look forward to learning the upper body workout moves and getting my upper body in shape. Overall I have better energy and have exponentially less stiffness and pain in my joints.
It has been a bit difficult to open and close and the second time I opened it I broke of the card holder off when it leaned into the wall behind the tower. Despite the loss of the card holder it is most certainly an excellent piece of workout equipment. I highly recommend anyone that wants better mobility and to rehab their body to get this piece of equipment!
My son loves it and enjoys working out on it too.

Total Gym arrived a month ago. I have been using it 3-4 times a week. My neglected body is changing and I am so pleased! I would recommend it for those recovering from injuries. The design makes exercises low impact and adjusting the angle of the glide board makes squats easy on the knees. I get up in the morning and look forward to working out. My young adult daughters love the Total Gym as well. Thank you SO much for a great product!
