I was skeptical at first on the many exercises and ease of use of the Total Gym. But, once I learn the exercises with the handy card system, it took me no time into working out. One of the best purchases I've made. My whole family uses it.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy to adjust

I love everything about. I look forward to using it and feel great after I have. I do a total body workout at 3-5 times per week. It's easy to use and you can quickly move from one exercise to another. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I use my Total Gym three to four times per week, or more if time permits. I never enjoyed working out at home this much. I wish I had more free time to use it daily. It is ideal for those who like to exercise at home, you can do a quick workout and hit almost all muscle groups. I think it is one of the best products I have ever purchased, it is all that I hoped it would be.

Overall, for me and my family, this is perfect workout machine. Extremely versatile. I love doing Pilates and the Total Body Makeover workouts while my athletic sons like to use it for strength training for hockey and cross-country skiing. Total body workouts feel great. The best investment in a workout machine. I have used it almost everyday because of its ease of use. Absolutely LOVE it. Changing me from a recreational athlete to someone who needs to workout everyday.
