I love the XLS!!!

This product is very sturdy. I was nearly 300lbs. and was scared if it would hold me up. It has no problem holding me up and the machine is wider than I'd thought which made me feel better as well. It is very smooth through out each motion and is constructed well. My entire family uses it now. My kids love it and ask me for "rides."
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Great for heavier people

Need for direction for pilates

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

Ive used the total gym for more than ten years I must say that when I get up in am and do my routine on the TG I go the rest of the day with energy and a strong gait I have a few discs out of wack and the squats and streches hepl immensly

I use everyday on the 6-8 minute workout and other work out maybe 1 time a week. I have not seen any weight loss but feel I am stronger then I was. I love working out with it and feel it was the best piece of equipment I could have got for myself. I am going on 68 and have tried a lot of things seen on TV but this is the best one yet.

I Baught the total gym because i heard alot of rave and praise from my wife about it so i decied to give it a try to see what she was ranting about. i was impressed by the lack of stress it causes on the joints and the residents it producesin your workout.not olny it provides you with a good workout it helps with the over all fitness of your body[...] i had no problem setting it up or getting started with my workout the over all durribillity is grate and it is verry quite when doing your workouts. i would tell others about this and get you some more business thanks Gene E Cox Jr......

I use it for strength training. Love that I could just store it away. Had a little problem setting it up the first time directions and video wasn't very clear. But now its easy to do once you get the hang of it.
