This is a product that I use. I leave it setup in my family room, and do several different routines that I alternate during the day and week. I have been using it about 6 weeks and daily get comments on "are you losing weight", you are looking good.
Pros: Just plain works, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up

I have had several exercise machines in the past but this is the best so far. It was easy to set up & easy to go from one exercise to another. I have been 100% satisfied will the Total Gym.

I love my Total Gym. I was a bit hesitant at first but when I started my workout plan, I was amazed by how good of a workout you get. I am able to adjust the bench to the level that I am comfortable at and also love how I can feel the burn in my arms and legs each time I do the workout. I am sticking with the 2 weeks plan that is an example to follow and then add a few more workouts. I also like how the workouts are different for me compared to my husband and we both get an awesome workout. The total gym is perfect for everyone!

I decided to buy the Total Gym after taking Pilates lessons which were great but expensive. I realized many of the moves were the same or similar. I'm delighted with my purchase. It's been a month and I'm seeing a difference in my arms and shoulders. They're looking more toned. My jeans are fitting better,which I'm excited about. I'm hoping another month of solid workouts will move me a size down. It took 4-5 times to really learn how to set the gym up easily. Since then, it really does only take a couple minutes.

When I received the Total Gym, I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of workouts that were provided...thinking that it would take me forever to learn them. Within a week, I had this bad boy down! Easy to use and quite effective. Just spend 1/2-hour each day on the TG and you'll see results w/i a month!

I found the instructions on setting up the Total Gym not very helpful. I had to enlist my husband for help. He figured it out eventually. I admit I didn't think the workout would be very good because there are no weights. I was wrong. I get an excellent workout with the Total Gym and I definitely work up a sweat! I found some exercises harder than I thought it would be! Overall I feel this is a great product for the price.
