5 stars!When our gym membership expired, we were hesitant to re-join. That's because we only went about 3 times a week for 1 hour each time, and membership wasn't cheap. But we missed the workouts and our weight was creeping up!The Total Gym is impressive. It offers all the exercises (and more) that my gym's machines offered and it can accommodate all users, from beginner to more hardcore users. I love that I can get a super-quality workout at home, any time I want.The Training Deck is fantastic. The routines are complete workouts based on your needs, with clear directions. The incline allows you to modify all exercises to meet your fitness level. There are so many exercises, I can see us using it for years and never getting bored.I'm looking forward to using the Pilates DVD, something I've never done but have always wanted to try.My only surprise was that it's much bigger than I expected. In one way, this is good because it feels like a solid, sturdy piece of equipment-- not flimsy or cheap. On the other hand, the size means we're not sure where to store so it may end up "open" at all times (which might be to our advantage as far as motivation goes!)We've only had it a few days and already LOVE it. I'm very glad we got a Total Gym rather than renewing our gym membership. Other: Online ordering was easy. [...] Set up was fairly simple after watching the set-up DVD.

I use it in the morning and do the work out program (cards). Between them and switching equipment out it makes the work out take longer. I can feel it working my muscles.

i got my total gym about 2 weeks ago and have been using IT every sence and i can say i love it i feel a lot beeter and i can see my muscles forming i have tried other workouts and saw no resluts but with the total gym im starting to see

I just received my XLS Tuesday, and I used it for the first time on Wednesday. I am sore, this product was well worth my money, and I can see why Chuck Norris represent this product.The thing that is wonderful with it you do not need other expensive equipment, using your own body weight is a workout in itself. The only thing I did not realized out heavy it is.Wow!

I really like my total gym. When I started using it, i could barely walk up stairs w/out pain in my knees. In a few short weeks, I started noticing more muscle tone and less pain. I have lost 15lbs and I am not sure how many inches....but my clothes fit great and I feel awesome. I use it every single day and have started running also!!!!

Since purchasing the TotalGym XLS both me and my wife kim have benefitted greatly. Kim was in a car accident just over a year ago and has been using the Totalgym XLS to rebuild her strength and flexibility. I have been using the TotalGym XLS to build strength, and lose weight. Both myself and my wife have lost atleast 20 lbs in the last 2 weeks. We have combined TotalGym Workouts, healthy eating, and walking up to 2 hours each day. We both have found an increased energy since adding the TotalGym XLS to our workout program.We actually replaced an older version of the TotalGym with the New XLS model. TotalGym XLS is the most complete piece of exercise equipment that I have ever used. I can't wait to workout on the TotalGym XLS...

I like to do the 6-8 minute workout, I am a nurse so my hours vary and having the total gym fits into my schedule no matter what it is. And I can do it at my own pace. I feel energized and have like the results. It is so easy to use and to store, wish I had bought the total gum years earlier. It has been good for strength training and just a total body work out. Best of all I feel good for having a piece of equipment that is easy to use and works! Good luck to all!
