Absolutely Amazing System!!

I never worked out because everything I used wouldn't motivate me, but since I started on the total gym I workout everyday and have Amazing results! I have lost over 25 lbs. in two months by just one workout a day! Outstanding product and would recommend to anyone!

I had to convince my husband to make this purchase. He has been impressed with it. He has used it everyday since it arrived. I knew I would like it! We can work out whenever we want and there is so much to do we haven't even begun to scratch the surface on the variety of workouts!

You just have to try it to believe it! It's not only easy to use but it's fun as well as challenging. There has not been a day where i have felt that my time on this incredible machine has been a waste. The best thing I love about this machine is how easy it glydes and allows my body to fully feel each muscle I am working. The best machine I have ever owned.....

Its the easiest piece of exercise equipment we have ever used together. I have lost 20 lbs thus far and my husband has lost 10 lbs. We feel better, (we are in our 50's) and its our life! It takes work but it isn't a tedious, stressful work out, it feels good! We plan to take our TG with us to Norway when we retire there. How about that! We recommend our TG to everyone and they want one too. Thanks Mr. Norris and Mrs.Brinkley for your encouragement to try the Total Gym.

We own another strength machine and Total Gym is by far better in its ease of operation and the number of exercises possible. Will buy another one

Purchasing the total gym is the best thing I have ever done. I have wanted to try the total gym for years now and have never been in a position financially to get one. I have been so blessed to be able to afford one now and by the grace of god am able to work out and get healthy. I still love the machine and can't wait to do my work outs now.

I've been doing my best to join the millitary, but i have to loose atleast 30lbs, and I've been doing it slowly, I havent been kicking my own butt but I should, im steadily loosing 2 lbs a week using it 4 times a week, and also doing after noon 2 mile runs, and working on my sit ups, and pushups on the total gym xls, its pretty awesome, i love how smooth it is, I created my own workouts, working out multiple muscle groups, mostly my lower body and some arm exercise, and of course my core. I enjoy all the ab exercises, its a great thing to have in your home.

Cons: Built in TV, Ipod holder lol jk, Bulky
