I wanted the FIT but because of my budget I got the XLS. I love it! It makes working out fun! I'm 6'2" and 285 pounds. I have to adjust myself a little when laying on the glide board but overall this machine works fantastic! I did the quick beginer's DVD to start with. Each excersise is only 30 secs and it shows you how to do them properly. Before you start out on your own, I do recomend you start with the video so you know how to do each exercise on the machine. Shipping was FAST. Ordered it on the 24th and got it on the 27th via UPS, just under 3 days.

I purchased the total gym almost a month now and I have to say I feel great about this purchase not only do I use it but my children ise it as well. The workout cards that you can choose from are very good the only downside to the cards is that I wished it showed which muscles it works out like an actual diagram on the card I feel this will help customers to choose what workout to complete for what muscle. Over all I am happy with my purchase so much cheaper than gym membership for a family of 5.
