Not many negative comments about his product. It is a little harder to setup than they make it seem, but at the same time it's not necessarily difficult either. If you haven't done much training it might take a while before you learn all of the different types of excersises, but eventually you will remember the ones you use the most. Don't be fooled if you think weights are needed, because the angle of incline/decline coupled with gravity is hard enough. What I found the best way to start with this is to place the machine in a well open area. Give yourself a lot of room when you use it. I tend to feel clostrophobic when having it placed in confined space. Also, having cable tv isn't so bad either. Watching Family Guy while working out makes you feel kinda buff. Atleast it does me.

I bought it because I got tired of the gym and it would be the same cost but once paid off it was mine. I could not believe the intensity and how well you train. It is deceiving. You say ha piece of cake when you see the video then you do it and find how good it really is. Now my son and daughter use it. some days we need to take turns. Your complete body feels great. One thing that really impressed me besides the workout is the design and construction. Solid professional workmanship. Very satisfied with your product.

I am happy with it. I use it every other day and I've already lost #15. The bolts rub against the bench which sometimes catches and makes you think its all the way down when it's not. The wheels should be placed farther apart to prevent this. I would still recommend it.

LOVE the Total Gym!! I use it everyday. The videos were great to get started and the cards and poster are great to help add variety. I can tell a big difference in my abs, thighs, and arms. We are moving so I can't find my video equipment - it is all boxed up. My only compliant is that the plastic casing in the wing bar has become unaligned with the metal casing-where the cotter pin goes through. So the cotter pin can't get through the holes. That is a major let down as there are LOTS of exercises that use the wing bar.

We use the Total Gym 2 to 3 times a week. First notice losing inches and toning muscles. Then the weight loss. Have tried different types of exercise equipment and very definitly love the Total Gym, lots of different routines so you are never bored and it's actually FUN!!!! Highly recommend this product.

It is more than I expected it to be. Very easy to use. It will give back what you put into it. I thoroughly enjoy it. The glide board and the stops at the very bottom sometimes hit metal on metal. Still trying to figure out why. Doesn't happen all the time.
