best B-Day gift i have gotten

okay so a month and a half ago i was a 28 yo couch potatoe that loved to talk about how i wanted to get in shape and start working out. well after doing that for so long my wife got sick of it and bought me the XLS i have used it 5-6 times a week since then. i have since noticed that my stomach is not only MUCH flatter but i can see a 6 pack starting to form up under there... okay actualy its only a four pack but hey i know the other two are under there i can feel em just not see em yet. my arms have gained definitions and hey i can ssee my muscles now =-). i know thiese numbers probably wont be true for everyone but in the time that i have had my XLS i have already dropped 15 lbs and my pants are litterally falling off of me. im no gym rat or work out junkie... but i put this down in my "mancave" since i spend all my time there i have to use it... yes it is bulky and kinda in the way but to me thats a PLUS thats why i have used it... b/c i havent put it away i dont store it i see it and i see the results i have already had in just this short time and i want more!!! i would def recomend this to ANYONE who wants to get in shape.. to all you couch potatoes out there like i was... honestly i dont feel like im working out its just fun. sometimes i will get on it and just "play" around not really doing any set workout but even then i still feel it working every muscle. so come on with this offer dont pass it up.. i thank my wife everyday.. and well she thanks herself mainly because i guess she is more of a fan of a lil six pack then a kegger =-) if you get my drift... THANKS TOTAL GYM

My father has owned a TotalGym for years. I would use his on occasion. I loved how easy it was to switch from one exercise to the other. When I started looking for my own home gym, there was only one piece of equipment that stuck in my mind...dad's TotalGym. I was not at all disappointed with my purchase. It gives me a great workout that I can vary and not get bored. Very worth the money. I can't wait to get the cyclotrainer attachment. Then my TotalGym will definetly be the only piece of equipment I need.

I also have a Bow Flex Power Pro but I'm short and I found that uncomfortable to use. I had my doubts about this product after all it was expensive. I have owned this Total Gym XLS for less than one week but absolutely LOVE it. I have noticed a difference already in my tummy, my arms, and my thighs especially. It is easy to use and comfortable for me.
Pros: Comfortable, Strengthens, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky
