after a tumor was removed from my spinal cord, it was hard to get around, I gained 60 lbs. I am walking a little but cannot stand for physical therapy...but I can sit and still work all my muscle groups. it IS that easy to move from one exercize to another.the only negative i can find is how many family members are using it and having to wait my turn...but it is my total gym. lol

This machine has definitely lived up to my expectations.I use it pretty much every day, and find my teenagers love using it as well.I purchased several pieces of workout equipment, and this is the one that I use and like the most.

I'm somewhat of a weekend warrior, but also bike to work when possible and try to find time to exercise weekdays. Bought the XLS because I just can't seem to get to the gym and, at 49 years old, want to stay in the best shape I can with limited time. Have been on the XLS for two months now, using it 2-4 times per weeks depending on how much other exercise I get. I'm really impressed with the ease of use, the number of exercises possible on the TG and I love that it is low impact. Ab crunch option is great! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that I want to see how well it holds up over time. So far, very good in all aspects. We should be waterskiing soon and I'm sure this will help!

My husband & I use this product 4 to 5 times a week - easy to use after I watched the cd - My flexability is improving as well as my muscle tone - I wish it was easier to move about - a little bulky - first time I used it I caught my finger in it trying to put it away

I have tried different exercise plans, equipment, etc. over the years and the Total Gym is something I feel like I can finally stick with. I have had it for a month and a half and I work out with it at least 5 days a week. The Pilates workout and the 6-8 minute workout have made a huge difference in my stamina so far. Also I used to have back pain daily and I now can get up in the morning and feel great! The Total Gym is definitely worth trying and you might be surprised how much you actually enjoy exercising!

Awesome Little Machine

I've done home cardio videos on and off thru out the years and haven't been able to stick with anything for longer than a few weeks, mainly because the amount of effort required (I'm lazy) and the lack of results I see (I want instant results if I'm gonna "work"). The Total Gym has been an absolute AMAZING blessing! Both my husband and I have used it and we LOVE IT! We've only owned it for 3 weeks and we've seen some excellent results with minimal effort. I honestly will wonder if I worked hard enough or think I should have had it on a higher setting (usually set to 3 all the time) because of how EASY the work-outs were but then the next day I'll feel the muscle soreness and be surprised that I was actually working my muscles with such little effort. We'll be fans for life! Thank you TOTAL GYM!!
