Motivating workout everytime!

I have been using the total gym 3 to 4 times a week. I have noticed that I have lost inches. I think its a great quick workout and I enjoy doing it. I never worked out before i got this! I love it. I do the 18 exercises every other day. I began running also.

Easy and fast

Eaasy to use and set up. Get quick results and it only takes 10 minutes. Tried weight lifting before, but this takes up less room and attachments are quick to add or remove. The starter video makes it easy to get going with a workout routine. The one bummer is that it does not fit under our old bed or the new one we just got, but it does stand up in the corner.

Cons: Won't fit under bed

I am a 58 yr old woman who works out regularly. We bought the first Total gym years ago and loved it, so we decided to upgrade. The XLS is so easy to use. I love how easy it is to switch from one exercise to another. I use it everyday to relieve the stress. Jenny Davids

I love the total gym. It is easy to set up. The workout cards help alot. The videos are great. I lost approximately 110 lbs on the Atkins diet about 6 years ago and it is nice to have the total gym at my house so I could exercise anytime I wanted and now i don't have to go to a gym. My job has many working different hours each week an the total gym helps me stay in shape. I ride a bicycle and play tournament softball and this piece of equipment has really helped me and I have only been using it for a little over a month. I am glad I changed my mind and got the total gym after having a very bad experience with one of your sales people I spoke with on the phone. thank you total gym

You have to be really careful not to pinch your fingers while setting up or taking down the total gym. Other than that, it gives you a great workout, great variety of exercises, smooth transition from one exercise to the next. It is not a miracle weight loss machine-you have to put in the effort to reap the benefits!

Prior to getting pregnant with my son, about 5 years ago, I took Pilates Reformer classes and loved it. Now that I'm a busy mom of a 4 year old, I no longer have the time, energy, or money to attend Pilates classes, which can be pretty costly. When I first spotted the Total Gym XLS on TV, and saw that you could do a full Pilates workout, I had to have it. I was a little hesitant to make the purchase at first, because of the price, and like most moms, I don't spend a lot of time or money on myself any longer. But I can tell you that purchasing the Total Gym XLS, is the best investment I could have ever made for myself, my health, and for my family. I have a lot of weight to lose and I just could not seem to find the time or motivation to workout on a regular basis, to help me in my weight loss efforts. Having the Total Gym XLS at home, allows me to fit in my workout, at my convenience. I store my Total Gym XLS under my bed, and every night before I go to sleep, I pull it out from under the bed and set it up, so it is ready to go at 4:30am, which has now become my "me time," to do my Total Gym XLS Pilates workout. I've been using my Total Gym XLS now for about 2 weeks, and I love love love it!!! The Total Gym Pilates workout is about an hour, and after my workout, I feel great. In just two weeks, I have more energy, I'm much less stressed, I'm starting to see and feel changes in my body, and I have actually lost 8 pounds. I even seem to have a little more patience and a lot more energy, for my very energetic four year old son! I would 100% absolutely recommend the Total Gym XLS. It is worth every penny!!!
