Well I haven't had any problems, this has been the best piece of equipment I have ever purchased. It is not a struggle in any way shape or form. I find myself so excited about my progress and I now have such a great feeling about myself. I see the toning throughout my body, and yet it is hard to believe it is me that I am looking at. I have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, I now have it all under control and I have never felt better. I have battled with my weight my entire life, I have often said that at birth my mom immediately put me on a diet. Well my life has changed, I have energy and quick step now. I love the way you can just move and progress into the next exercise. It is so smooth and you can really feel the area that you are working. Thank you Chuck and his misses, and of course Christie...You did not disappoint, and you were all true to your word...

I bought this for myself, but find that my husband and 3 boys love using it too. It is easy to use, is very smartly designed and I love all the accessories, DVD's, cards and the poster than comes with it. I especially like the 6-8 minute daily workouts for 6 days in a row. I haven't missed one yet. 6-8 minutes doesn't seem like a lot, but the workouts are designed to target all areas over the course of the 6 days. Great when you don't have much time. I find that I do it even when I'm tired. I'm really excited about the pilates accessories and workout that also came with the machine. I do that on day 7. Using this machine doesn't even feel like working out. You can go at your own pace and it suits a variety of users.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Quiet Operation
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I am a 60 year old, 300 lb lady. I just came through a cancer situation and am blessed now with being cancer free. However, that whole experience weakened an already weak, out of shape body. I have had the total gym for 1 month and have lost 21 lbs and am standing taller--posture has improved. Some strength has returned and am able to walk further. I know I have a long ways to go and I am thrilled to have this equipment that has not been streesful not painful to use. Someday, with the total gym, I hope to buy skinny jeans!

Friendly equipment

We use this product for toning. The convenience of having total gym at home and we can use it at any time unlike going to the gym. Is not very easy to storage. And the main reason why I got this product is because I though it was going to be out of my way.
Pros: Quiet Operation
Cons: not easy to store, Bulky
