What a work out machine

The Total Gym is an awesome work out machine. It is so simple to use and so smooth with all the diffrent work outs you can do. I love how while working out you also are stretching your muscles so Im not as sore after a good work out. Never thought I would be working out at this rate again in my life.

My wife and I are using it to become more fit and build up some strength. I like how many different exercises are possible. Putting the cotter pins in when moving the training bar can take a little time but I am not sure how it could be improved. My son has also used it and it gave him a good workout too- he was surprised. We are still feeling our way with it but so far we are very pleased.

I use the Total Gym about 4 days a week in addition to bike riding and walking, and I like the benefits of the Total Gym workouts.

I love the total gym mainly because it is great for any fitness level. I am definatly a beginner when it comes to working out and this machine makes it so easy to get in a great healthy routine! I got the total gym to lose weight and I am already lost 36lbs and am ready for more!!!

My Husband and I both use the Total Gym and we love it because we can take turns working out. We switch in between each Rep. Its perfect because there are workouts for Men and Woman. We now enjoy working out. Thanks Total Gym!!!!

My husband and quite our gym memberships once we purchased the total gym. No need to go now that we have the Total Gym. Quick and effective, no regrets!!!!

Love this gym. Have had a bad back for years and it wasn't getting any better as I got heavier. This gym is smooth and easy to use, like you're not even working out. Later you realize you've had a great workout and there was "NO PAIN" just happy soreness from working the muscles the right way. This gym coupled with the treadmill in my basement have cancelled all my "don't want to go to the gym" excuses. Thank you TotalGym

Love my Total Gym, it is easy to get a full body workout and cardio and you can do it in less than 10 minutes. I am 80 lbs overweight and I have been using my TG for going on 3 weeks and I can feel my muscles starting to take shape and I found ones I had forgotten about. I would highly recommend this for anybody who is wanting to start a new lifestyle because it is easy and effective and it don't take up much room. Plus it is easier than going to the gym.
