Motivational to begin exercise regimen

I use this product to begin a resistance / toning / slimming program for myself in early retirement (three weeks now and I just use the basic exercises 3X weekly-about 20 mins). I like that I can start out very easy and work myself to higher levels. I don't have to store each time. Could you include muscle groups affected by each exercise specifically although I like the exercise cards generally. My only concern is the durability of the rollers (in researching this product) as a possible weak point.

I've been working out on the Total Gym every day since I got it. I love it! It's so easy to use but you can really feel the work out. I'm not really a gym rat (none of the above categories accurately describes me) but I've been an avid exerciser including yoga and martial arts as well as lots of home equipment and videos for years. This has a lot of variety and I look forward to my work out time every day. My 15-year-old son thanked me for getting it even though he didn't know he wanted it! I always loved the benefits of rowing and you can totally achieve those on the Total Gym. Now even my husband is curious about it and he IS a gym rat! Thank you for this wonderful product!

Everyone in my family uses this machine and loves it. My family has never worked out before and this is great. We have all lost weight and toned up. We can workout at home and not have to waste time traveling to and from the gym.

When I retired from a very physical job I had to find a way of staying in shape so I could enjoy my future years - the Total Gym is doing that and more!

I use it four times per week for general fitness. Using the Total Gym along with my regular walking routine, I've lost 10 pounds in the six weeks I've had it. I've also noticed my stamina has improved as well as my ability to bend and maneuver my body as I do my job and even yard work. I feel better mentally as well as physically. Before I started using the Total Gym, bending over to tie my tennis shoes was a challenge!
