It's everything I hoped it would be!

I power walk every day, and lost 25 lbs over the past 10 months. However, I wanted to add resistance and strength training to my exercise routine. I considered joining a gym but knew that it wouldn't be convenient enough for me to use regularly and would ultimately be a waste of money. So I bought the Total Gym just over a month ago and I absolutely love it! I use it 4 to 5 times a week for 20 to 45 minutes. It's so easy to use but very effective. Because there are so many exercises you can do (I'm constantly discovering new exercises to focus on different areas), I never get bored. I'm already noticing a difference in my muscles and toning and I've lost 5 more lbs. I highly recommend this product!

The Total Gym met and exceeded my expectations after only two short weeks! It's fun to use and I use it everyday actually. I also have my 71 year-old mother using the Total Gym for squat therapy! She had hip surgery 2 years ago, and the Total Gym helps her with flexibility and overall strength. She LOVES using it and I feel good because I know it's helping her achieve better overall health! Thanks Total Gym!

I had a hard time setting it up at the beginning but thanks to the CD which is included and I neglected to see first, setting up is a 1,2,3.,. process. I love it! I have two boys and the three of us are working out and helping each other find the rich exercise to target the areas that we want to improve. I'm glad I bought it for my self for Mother's Day. Is the best gift for all of us.

I think the gym is fabulous. It is easy to use and already seeing results. So much fun to workout! I definitely would recommend this for toning and firming.

I love my new xls total gym. We had one of the very first models and the handles were not comfortable and it was difficult to move to different levels and as the cables wore, it was not smooth. This one is amazingly smooth, extremely comfortable and easy to move to different levels. The one thing I would change is to put the clip on the bed back on the upper edge because now it's underneath and I can't unclip the cable while lying on the bed to switch to using my legs. But I mostly use it to tone and strengthen my arms and upper body anyway because I also have a treadmill. I am 44 years old and had lost weight but put it all back on and the total gym and my treadmill are making me feel so much better!! The price is a bit intimidating but the machine is great!!

My husband & I set it up & immediately tried it out. We could feel it working immediately. I love the starter workout, it is so easy switching between cable/non-cable exercises. I love it!!

In the never ending quest for the perfect fitness device, I have come to own several over the years. This is by far the best. Why? Because you feel it on your first try. It's not difficult and you find yourself really getting into it. Your workout seems to go fast. You feel more energetic afterward. The simplicity of using your own weight as the resistance is genius.
