Total Gym XLS Helps Recover From Chemo

I purchased the Total Gym XLS to help me rehab after cancer surgery and chemotherapy that started back in November, 2009. I had never really worked out before but knew my physical therapist used a Total Gym. I've been using it almost every day, starting with it flat, because I had no strength after everything I went through. I'm up to level 3, using it every day and I've never felt better, even with the chemo, etc. Thanks for making this product available for home!

best type of equipment

To keep toned and strength maintain leg muscles for riding long distance bicycle riding. I found it easy to set up, instructions where easy to follow for those who have a mechanical mind and can follow instructions, most people I come in contact are unable to follow simple instructions.

We use the Total Gym XLS everyday to every other day for weight loss and toning. My Husband a I bought the Total Gym XLS as it's hard for us to keep a "normal" time for a work out at a gym. We can both do our thing at are own time and pace. I have no complaints about this product. I actually love to work out now.

Overall great machine....need to include the weight bar and maybe a few weights with the original package.....especially for avid athletes...........i had a huge home gym but after my house burned i decided to try this before i spent all that money again on a home gym...........so far so good but its only been 2 weeks and i am up to level 3

I bought the Total Gym because I found out that I was pregnant with baby #3. With the previous 2 pregnancies, I was not comfortable doing my regular workout routine and was look for something I can do right up until delivery. Granted, I am only 12 weeks, but I can see the difference in my arms and legs and I know that I will have a healthy 9 months this time around.

All I can say is that the total gym has changed my life..Had it for about 4 weeks now. Lost alot of weight, toned my body, feel stronger more energy than I have ever felt in 20 years. People see me now and say WOW, You should be on one of those informercials..I have people telling me that I look 10 years or more younger than I acutally am.. My roomate now uses it with me and he was obesly overweight and he feels grat too
