I have used this product three days a week for 10 minutes, and I have seen slight changes in how my shirts fit. I have never really had upper body strength, but now I feel more energetic and smaller in my upper body.

"The only gym our family loves"

I generally try to workout 20 minutes 3 to 4 times a week using the total body circuit. And when you're a married working mom with teenagers on the go, having the option of a 6 to 8 minute workout keeps my energy level up. I can feel already just how much stronger I've become. The total gym is easy to set up and just get started anytime of the day. My whole family now uses it and my son who I couldn't get to do any exercise, jumps on it just about everyday. He really likes it and couldn't believe at first what a workout he had! He wasn't as in shape as he thought! Only thing I wish could be a little better about it, is the wheels don't roll easily on it especially on carpet, they sometimes fall off or the caps do. You have to be careful in closing it for storing or you'll pinch your fingers.

"Wow" it really works!

To stretch and strenghthen my 42 year old bones. It helps me for upper arm mobility for surfing. Had problems with arm flexibility from years of pitching - baseball. Now I "actually" have the mobility back! Easy to use and stores away nicely! It does seem, however, a little un-sturdy! I am concerned with it breaking after the warranty expires. Am wondering if I should have gotten the more expensive model? Not complaining, love the machine, just hope it holds up!
