I purchased my first Total Gym back in the late 90's and used it consistently until a few months ago when it finally died on me...the rollers were just about shot and the frame itself had numerous cracks it it----I purchased the Total Gym XLS about a month ago and am amazed at the quality of this new Total Gym.....it is smoother, the attachments much better than my original Total Gym and once again I can do squats and a good cardio/aerobic workout on this machine!! Thank Total Gym....I love my new machine!!

I purchased my Total Gym a month ago . I am still impressed with them. This is not my first one. I gave one to my neice, The first one I bought I lost 45 lbs. within a short period of time. I would recommend this product. The customer service is not bad either.

The Total Gym XLS is absolutely the best home gym I've ever used in my 47 yrs on this earth. I'm still surprised by the "pump" I feel after each workout and still shake my head at how easy it is to move from one exercise to the next. Chest to shoulders to curls to back to legs.
High quality build and feels very study & durable
I honestly don't know why anybody would purchase any other piece of equipment for your home. It allows you to hit all parts with different levels of intensity and then it folds up nice and neat the sits off on the side when not in use taking up as much space as a end table in your living room.
I'm upset with myself I didn't invest in this item decades ago!!!!

I bought this a month ago and I am in love with it! I love the instruction cards that show the array of excersises you can do with this one machine. Very heavy duty and sturdy. Nicer than most of the machines at my local gym.
