My husband & I have been using our new Total Gym for 5 weeks now. I have been doing the short workouts in morning before I go to woek and the longer routines at night. My husband does the long routine in evenings. We especially love how we are stretched with every exercise. We are becoming more flexible and just feel better.

You can move from excercise to excercise with ease. Keeps the heart rate up and rest time to a minimum.

I love being able to work out in the comfort of my own home. We have our Total Gym set up on the porch, which is sunny and cheerful. It's an incredibly quiet machine and easy to use.
