I am a tax preparer and have not been able to use it very much. My goal for Monday of next week is to get in earnest and use it until I loose my "middle fat." I feel that it will help me lose weith also.

I love this product. I have bought lots of other products in the past just to see them gather dust and never get used. This is so easy to use and it is so convenient to have readily available to fit my schedule. Now I use it on a regular basis and I'm losing weight. Toning up at my age is important too. No gym contracts. I have spent enough money on exercise programs to pay for three of these. I recommend this product to anyone.

My only respond about the Total Gym is that i love it! And i have never had so much fun in using it. I keep a house full of people waiting for there turn to use it. This is the best thing that i could have invested my money on.The durability is remarkable, i did not think this machine could hold up to what i, we had to offer it.Everything about this machine is incredible.I just say but it it's worth your money, if you are trying to get your body in shape this is the best thing to get, the Total Gym!!!! P.S. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Norris for your concern about other people health.

I'm 24 years old, and I use my Total Gym daily, and I love it. It is very simple, and believe it or not, it is fun! I feel like I've been on it for about 10 minutes and look at the clock and it's been 30 minutes. It is so easy to use and very effective. I lost weight within the first week, and am continuing to lose. I tell everyone how much I love this product, and certainly wish I had bought one years ago! It's helping me lose the fat I've gained and helping me maintain and build up muscles that I already had all at the same time. It is wonderful! I do have to say, though, it is extremely annoying to set-up and take down to put away. I recommend leaving it set up somewhere if you have room for it. It's worth it, though... this product is amazing!

i havent worked out for some time so i was i bit out of shape but the level select it was easy to get back into the exercises. it's a smooth ride and very effective i felt the burn the first time i used it. i already feel my muscles tighening up and i've only been on it for 2 weeks. thank u total gym!!

Two weeks of working out

I've had Total Gym XLS for two weeks and use it every other day. Still getting used to the different exercises and playing around with all of the capabilities. I think I will also be ordering the new AB attachment. I've put the XLS in a separate fitness room so it can be kept in ready-condition at all times. The marketing and commercials were truthful about easy set-up and easy to use videos. It IS a workout. I'm a 4 - 6 day a week health club type, as well as a volunteer fire fighter, and the Total Gym XLS has me sweating in about 8 - 10 minutes at a moderate level. I see this as a great complement to my gym routines, and for those days when my schedule is too hectic to get to the gym. I also really like the low-impact exercises. I'm 44 years old with ACL surgeries and a ligament damage in my shoulder, and the Total Gym allows me to get a great cardio workout without overstraining or reinjuring my knee or shoulder.

I LOVE my Total Gym!!!

I use my TG for toning by body, strengthening my back muscles, and working my core. I enjoy being able to work out in my home without spending work out time traveling to and from the gym, as I used to do. I like the cleanliness of having my own equipment. I do wish there was a space to hold a water bottle. I also ordered the dip bars. I was disappointed with the instructions, or lack of. I am still trying to get more information, but the quality of the accessories and the TG itself is so high, I'm sure when I figure out how to best use the dip bars, I will be equally glad I added it to the order.
