Totally Awesome

I must say when I ordered the XLS I figured it would be a decent piece of equiptment.....but after we set it up, (which was very easy), We couldn't get over how smooth of a workout it was. We owned another well known brand of equiptment for 10 years, and I can say I never had such a greater workout than with the Total Gym...Thanks!!

I have been using the Total Gym for over a month now. I work out 5 days a week for 30 to 45 min a day. Although I haven't lost any weight yet I feel a lot less stressed!! I love the attachments and the videos that came with the TG. Very pleased with the ease of changing from one exercise to another. The work out cards that came with mine are fabulous. I have customized a routine for every day I work out. No chance of getting bored with this machine!

Total Gym XLS is Perfect for all Ages

The one thing I missed most when I moved out of New York City to the woods of southern Maryland was my daily visit to the most wonderful Gym on the planet. I bought a treadmill, which I love and used free weights for general conditioning. I walk and / or jog 5 miles everyday but I became bored with my free weights and was longing for a good Pilates work out. So I decided to purchase the Total Gym XLS as a gift to myself for my 66th birthday. In the three weeks since my Total Gym arrived I have done the 8 minute excerise routines daily and have added the Pilates routine twice weekly. The Total Gym is so easy to set up and use and I just love the improvements that I already see to my arms, abs, ect. And using the Total Gym XLS for Pilates is the icing on my birthday cake. Thank you Total Gym!

A time machine for your muscles

Makes getting in shape fun. I look forward to my workouts. At 54 years of age I had begun to feel weak but now after using my Total Gym I feel I have the strength I had 20 years ago.

My wife and I are in our mid 60's and we use the Total Gym three times a week. It is so easy to use and not hard on the body. We really injoy doing our excercises, when's the last time you heard someone say that they injoy working out? Best investment we have made in our lives.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was larger than I expected, so I have to make changes in the room it will be stored in. It was a little challanging to setting up because I don't have a VCR in the room I'm using it in, so I had to follow the written instructions. Changing the positions is not that difficult. I expect great things once I get it stationary where I can use it regularlly without closing it down.
