We are still learning to use the gym and also appreciate the fact that it comes with the dvd; it's amazing all the things you can do with this product. We are considering canceling our current gym membership because the total gym covers everything we did there (except the treadmill we would miss!!)

I have a medical condition that occulded my arteries in both lower limbs. I have only collateral flow. It's hard to workout doing aerobics, etc. However, with the total gym there are so many different excercises to help with my overall fitness that it has been GREAT! Thank you TotalGym for improving my overall health.

My wife and I use the Total Gym to stay toned, and to work various muscle groups that would otherwise be neglected. The Total Gym is great in that respect and helps us to feel more agile and limber. Building muscle mass is not important for us. I would definetly recommend that people who purchase this product use the 'Set-Up' DVD to get started. Trying to set up the Total Gym solely using the written instructions can be a bit confusing. The best thing about the Total Gym is the sheer number and variety of exercises and workouts you can do on it!

I love my Total Gym!

I am in the process of losing weight; my ultimate goal is to lose 110 pounds. I have lost 32 pounds of that so far, in just over 5 weeks, by following a low calorie diet and a moderate exercise program every day, which includes: my new Total Gym, walking 3 miles per day (at this point), and riding a stationary bicycle. I use my Total Gym for toning and strength. I am progressing slowly, but effectively and am so happy to finally own this great piece of equipment. Thank you for making it affordable, convenient and easy!
