It's so easy to use!!!!

I am using my total gym to strenghen and tone my body after many years of inactivity. I love how it's to easy to use and the DVD's are amazing! The DVD's are so helpful in learning about my total gym and how to use it effectively.

I am so thankful that this product is available and everyone should get one, this is the best piece of physical fitness equipment that I have ever owned. I really am glad that I bought this and wish that I had done so years ago.

Why buy anthing else

Easy to use and doesn't wake up my wife. Low impact but I feel the burn at my current setting with plenty of settings left for a harder workout. Changing the setup for different excerises is a snap. Has a larger footprint then I was expecting but all I need to do is move a desk to the other end of the room.

Cons: Large Footprint

Excellent for senior citizens

I was just recently retired and Total Gym is helping me keep out of the "couch potato" mode. I try to use it about 4-5 times a week. I highly recommend playing the "Start It UP!" DVD as soon as you get it -- it was very helpful. I like that it can be used in a small area and it folds up and out of the way. Also, it's low impact and you have many exercises to choose from. The only thing is that it's sort of heavy to relocate, but it's a high quality apparatus and worth the cost.

The total gym is a wonderful one in all piece of equipment. You just need to use the exercise cards and find the exercises that work for you. Setup can be a little confusing but look at the video. Initially, the first few times on the Total Gym may seem arkward but use it a few times and it will soon feel normal. It took me about a week to feel comfortable but now it's like I've been using it all my life. Also, for the person who thinks it's to hard or to easy believe me it's not neither one of those. Between your body weight and the levels of resistance this is a great all in one system.

Easy product to use. Makes frequent exercise readily available and easy to access. Variations of exercises keep exercise interesting. Product is durable.

Very easy to install and use

The total gym was very easy to set up with very little to assemble. I was up and running in no time. I got it with a seasonal promotion and feel it is a great piece of equipment for the value. I expected the exercise not to be that challenging, but found that it is actually better than I expected and really feel like a real work out took place when finished. Quite happy with it.
