I am a Diabetic and also a heavy person,my whole family is enjoying it because we hardly get to spend time with each other and now we get to workout together.My wife,my son 12,and my daughter who is nine we love it..... Great Workout

I thought that I was getting an effective work out at the gym until I started using the total gym at home. While it can be a little cumbersome setting up between exercises I feel as though I'm getting better results than with the cable weights at the gym. Many of the exercises use multiple muscle groups together so it does not take long to get in a full work out.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Quiet Operation, Comfortable, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I am currently using the Total Gym atleast three times per week. I like the convenience of workinhg out at home, listening to TV, not having to drive to the gym and then having to spend less time with my family by having to go to a gym. I wish some of the charts did a more specific illustration of exactly what muscles each exercise performed were effecting.

I have been using the Total Gym for 1-month now and am pleased with the results. It's the type of excercise equipment I have been looking for a long time. It's easy to store, but I recommend leaving it set up somewhere because it is heavy and has pinch points.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy Storage, Comfortable
Cons: Bulky

This is so easy to use and go from one exercise to another. The stretch that accompanies each exercise makes me feel so good. This does take up more room than I expected so it makes it a little more difficult to perform some of the exercises.

Reluctant but Pleasantly Surprised

I am so impressed with this equipment, in my opinion it is totally worth the cost. So easy to use,I feel better and can tell my muscles have firmed up after minimal use. The nice thing is I can take 10-15 mins and get in some good workout and the surprising thing is "I want to" I don't have to make myself do this I really look forward to it. Truly a great investment!
