I do 15 exercieses every other day. I like that it is quiet. I like that I can move from one exercise to another with little interruption. I like that it allows for full range of motion. It meets my personal needs so I have no negative comments.

This Gym is fast & easy in less then 10 mins I am finished with my workout. The Video is easy to follow and motivating!!! I can feel the difference in the way I feel & look in just over a month. I look forward to seeing even more results in 6 months.

Great Motivator!

My 12-year-old son and I set up the Total Gym in just a few minutes. He hopped on and has been on it daily ever since. It's easy enough for him to use, make a few adjustments, and then it's my turn! Would definitely recommend this for anyone who is trying to lose weight or just stay active.

I HAVE BEEN A GYM RAT FOR OVER 40 YEARS. I FIND THE TOTAL GYM GIVES ME A BETTER WORK OUT THAN ALL THE MACHINES THAT I HAVE USED. PLUS I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MACHINE. I GET A GREAT CIRCUT WORK OUT BETER THAN ALL THE GYMS THAT I GAVE BEEN A MEMBER. THE THING I FIND THE MOST AMAZING IS THE SMOOTHNESS OF THE EXERCISE BOARD AND THE EASE OF THE PULLEY SYSTEM. Well I received the total gym and upon first glance I was so glad that it was altogether in one piece like they said. It took me several times of watching the video ( which was extremely helpful..I think without the video I would not have know the exact way to use this )I gained a confidence level to open and close it. I also watched the 6-8 Women's workout videos and honestly had to rewind them many times so that I was not to miss anything and get my wing bar and pulleys on right. Well.. i LOVE IT.. This was what I needed. I actually SWEAT in those 8 minutes and feel my body stretching and pulling and it feels tremendous. I use it 6 days as suggested and after 10 days of using it.. I am already going right to the video and keeping up with my attachments and excercise. I actually feel my stomach and chest tightening. This is very exciting. And best of all I don't have to walk 3 miles and then go to the gym to lift weights...its perfect. Its something that I can handle. I am excited to see what the next four weeks brings. I have already lost an consistent 1.5 pounds and 1 inch around my waist.

I am a 57-year-old woman who needs to reverse too many years of working in an office and too little exercise. I have only begun to tap into the full line of exercises provided on the easy to use guides provided with my machine. I am taking the approach that it's best for me to take things slowly and methodically and eventually my body will respond. I combine my Total Gym workout with daily walks and the treadmill at home. It's the best because I can work out in the privacy of my own home and avoid the gyms! I'm empowered with Total Gym! Thank you for a great machine!
